PDAV Security Response is a locally owned and operated security company serving businesses, strata corporations, property managers, and event organizers across Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Abbotsford, Langley, Tsawwassen, and the entire Lower Mainland of British Columbia. We are fully licensed under the BC Security Services Act and supported by a team of experienced, professional security officers who take their responsibilities seriously.

Our Story

PDAV Security Response was built on a straightforward belief: that clients in the Lower Mainland deserve a security company that shows up on time, communicates clearly, documents everything, and delivers consistent, professional service at every site. Our leadership team has over four years of hands-on experience in the BC private security industry, and that experience shaped how we built our operations, our standards, and our culture.

We started in Surrey because we know this market. We understand the specific challenges of securing properties in one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities, and we built our team and our fleet to serve the full range of Lower Mainland communities — from the urban density of Vancouver to the industrial corridors of Delta and the rapidly developing suburbs of Langley and Abbotsford.

Our Licensing & Compliance

All PDAV Security Response officers hold valid British Columbia Security Worker Licences issued by the Registrar of Security Services under the BC Security Services Act. Our business holds all required corporate licences for operating a security business in British Columbia. We maintain comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance to any client or property manager on request.

We do not employ unlicensed personnel in any security capacity. This is non-negotiable — for your protection and ours.
